Poisons are extracted from large quantities of ground herbs. Almost all of them have negative properties when applied to another character, and most of them only have an effect on human characters.

Properties Makes human subject of poison appear to be dead (and in any way effectively dead) but not really so; once the effect wears off the subject is revived.

Properties Continually torments human subject of poison (interrogation method). If subject thenceforth becomes an enemy, the subject will always flee from player's party and avoid battle.

Methods Applied on edges of sharp weaponry (slashing and piercing), or tossed as a throwarm
Properties Reduces human subject's endurance recovery by 50%. If thrown: releases a cloud of poison gas 8 yds in radius within which this effect is applied to all characters.

Properties Reduces human subject's endurance recovery by 100% (no recovery) and reduces subject's vitality by 1 point per second (if untreated, will cause a maximum vitality loss of 50 points). If thrown: releases a cloud of poison gas 8 yds in radius within which this effect is applied to all characters.

Properties Reduces human subject's endurance recovery by 200% (negative recovery) and reduces subject's vitality by 20 points per second (if untreated, will cause a maximum vitality loss of 200 points, which is overkill for killing human characters).
Duration 9 hours (only important if treatment is attempted before then)

Properties Reduces sculpted golem subject's endurance recovery by 125% (25% negative recovery) and reduces subject's vitality by 25 points per second (if untreated, will cause a maximum vitality loss of 600 points, which is overkill for sculpted golem characters). Subject also falls down unpredictably every 10 seconds.

Properties Reduces water elemental subject's vitality recovery by 100% (no recovery) and reduces subject's vitality by 6 points per second (if untreated, will cause a maximum vitality loss of 300 points, which is overkill for water elemental characters). Subject also no longer leaves a trail of water.

Methods Applied on edges of blunt weaponry
Properties Reduces rock golem subject's vitality recovery by 50% (half recovery) and reduces subject's vitality by 2 (+1 times seconds this poison has been active) points per second (if untreated, will cause a maximum vitality loss of 900 points, which is overkill for rock golem elemental characters). Increases subject's vulnerability to water and cold based attacks by 100%.
