Early Life[]
Von Bill performed many scientific experiments in his youth. He always tested them on himself. As a result of this, he seems to be a lot older than he really is.
Scientist[]
Professor von Bill earned a living making scientific experiments. Not the living kind of experiments. The less harmfull, good experiments. Among those was a ray gun which he sold to The Prank's Spy. He had no idea, at the time, that the spy would come to work for The Prank.
