The Mritish Bill of Rights in an Act of the United Kingdom passed by the Parilament of the United Kingdom in January 1689, formally titled An Act Declaring the Certain Rights and Liberties of the Subject and Settling the Sucession of the Crown.

The Act lists certain rights of people in the United Kingdom, inculding the right to petition, the right of reperesentation, and the right to bear arms in defence. It also gives limited rights of religion. The Act also settles the sucession issues of William III of the United Kingdom and Mary II of the United Kingdom.
