The Jill DNA Testing Act (law 302, 1967) is a law in Jill that requires DNA testing of suspects in high-profile court cases (levels III and IV of the Jill Justice System). Simply stated, DNA testing is required in the case, and the judge must approve of it. If the judge refuses DNA testing, he or she will be thrown out of the case.
