Jared is a colony of the Holy Germanian Empire. In 1879, Germania engaged in a conflict with Portgual in the region of Jarediazque. At the Berlin Convention of 1884, Portgual seceeded Jarediazque to Germania. It was renamed the Colony of Jared by Germania.
Jared's major industries include farming, manfacturing, electronics production, food packaging, ice packaging, merchant shipping, and fishing.
