The citizens of Terra may only eat fish, under their beliefs, and in 1993, the lakes disappeared, after droughts, meaning no fish. There was a civil war against the east and the west, for the west had the least food, but the east did not want their food to go away. Citizens of Earthen left and tried to join Jill. The war lasted three years, but after record rains, there is food again.
